Welcome to a website dedicated to supporting the considerable talents of British stage and screen actor David Oakes, seen portraying the evil William Hamleigh in the televison adaptation of Ken Follet's epic novel The Pillars Of The Earth, and also Juan Borgia in the Showtime series The Borgias.
David was also on UK TV screens in ITV 2 series Trinity, in Channel 4's Mind Of A Tyrant and in BBC's Walter's War. His stage credits include the world premiere of All The Little Things We Crushed at the Almeida Theatre, Love's Labours Lost at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and most recently Three Farces at the Orange Tree Theatre.
Series 2 of The Borgias has been airing on Showtime since 8th April 2012, and film Truth or Dare is expected to have a UK limited release from 6th August 2012. While in Hungary, David also filmed a brief cameo appearance for Pillars of the Earth 'sequel', World Without End.
